How long have you been practicing Reiki and Reflexology?

​​​​​ I began using Reiki in 2004 and completed my Reflexology diploma in 2009. I have experience working with all age groups: new-borns and beyond.

 

Why only female clients?

My specialism lies in treating and supporting women with issues around hormone imbalances, fertility, menstruation, mental health and parenting.

How did you get in to healing?​​​​

​I saw some variation of hands-on healing on television when I was very small and remember thinking, I want to do that. There is a theory that the word Reiki comes from 'raku-kei' meaning ~ 'the art and science of spiritual self-improvement'. My spirituality is very much at the core of who I am and over the years my healing practice has been an important part of my career, my family life and my own personal development.

What qualifications and insurance do you have?

I am fully qualified and insured to offer Reflexology and Reiki treatments.
